Warmth you walk on.
Floor heating drawn, supplied and installed by one team. Planned room by room before a pipe is laid, built with Emmeti, installed in under a week, with a lifetime warranty on the pipe.
GSAT is Lebanon's leading floor heating specialist and the exclusive distributor of 11 European heating and plumbing brands. Every floor is planned room by room before a single pipe is laid.
How a heated floor is built.
- 1
The structural slab
Every system starts on the bare concrete slab, cleaned and levelled.
- 2
Insulation panels
Moulded panels stop heat escaping downward and lock the pipe spacing in place.
- 3
The pipe circuit
Emmeti pipe laid in a counter-flow spiral, following a layout planned for your room. The pipe carries a lifetime warranty.
- 4
Screed
A screed layer embeds the circuit and spreads the warmth evenly across the floor.
- 5
Your finish
Parquet, stone or tile. The heat rises through, and the room stays free of radiators.
Supplied, designed and installed by one team.
From the first drawing to the last valve, GSAT handles the whole system and keeps it running after handover.
Floor heating

Snow melting and ice rinks
Heated driveways and terraces for mountain homes, and ice rink systems, with a 2-year warranty.
In 1990, Gabriel S. Abboud founded Gabriel S. Abboud Trading Establishment, and opened a new era for heating, sanitary and plumbing in Lebanon.
More than thirty years later, GSAT is still a family business: small enough to keep every job personal, and big enough to supply the whole market.
